Fintech Matching: a new service delivered online

Fintech Matching

The term Fintech emerged in the years after the financial crisis that started in 2007, the Credit Crunch. Which reached its most dramatic moment with the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008. Fintech is a series of responses to the failings of the “traditional” financial system. Fintech areas include Challenger Banks, Automated Trading, Digital Payments, Robo-advice and more.

Notable fintechs include Revolut, Monzo, eToro, Binance, Monese, Wise (formerly Transferwise), Nutmeg and Wealthify.

P27 has developed a new service matching fintechs with fintech solution buyers:

  • alternative finance and investment companies (such as hedge funds and PE firms)
  • trading, asset management, wealth management units
  • others

(Those looking for technology solutions they cannot/ do not want to develop in-house.)

The service is delivered via a private online platform. Good fintechs with a market-ready solution are welcome to submit a listing request. Good fintechs with a work-in-progress solution are welcome to submit a listing request too. However, they will be placed on an internal watchlist and offered help to make the solution market-ready, before they get listed.

Buyers can search listings and contact their owners directly from the listings. New fintechs and buyers are reviewed by the platform admin team before they are given access.
