We are looking for Non-executive Directors (NEDs)/ Independent Directors to join the boards of exciting and fast-growing Fintech businesses based in Europe, Asia and possibly North America, where we expect demand for NEDs soon.

We need candidates with relevant executive/ non-executive experience in Financial Services and Technology, who can provide advice on critical subjects, such as Business Development, Valuation and Strategic & Funding Options.

Remuneration may be a blend of equity and salary, depending on candidate.

N.B. In the UK, the appointment of a non-executive director is a contract for services. However, HMRC increasingly expects businesses to pay non-executive directors’ fees to them under PAYE.

(Expect most roles to be remote.)
