Thao leads the International Concierge practice, providing private clients and families with lifestyle, relocation, and education support. She collaborates with partners across FMCG, specialty consumer goods, and international trade to deliver bespoke client solutions. Thao brings extensive cross-border experience, having worked in sales at Columbian Steel Tank, IT services at Sun Microsystems, and running her own international trade business serving Asian markets. She holds an MBA from the University of Portsmouth.
