We are looking for Non-executive Directors (NEDs) to join the boards of small & mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and larger ones based in Europe, Asia and the Americas. We need candidates with relevant executive/ non-executive experience, who can provide advice on the environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors.
Remuneration depends on candidate. N.B. In the UK, the appointment of a non-executive director is a contract for services. However, HMRC increasingly expects businesses to pay non-executive directors’ fees to them under PAYE.
London-based/ remote.
